Mehriban Aliyeva, Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, met with Evelina Khromchencko, the Editor-in-Chief of L'Officiel Russia, the Russian edition of French fashion magazine L'Officiel, 4 May.

Following the meeting, Evelina Khromchencko and Mehriban Aliyeva posed for photographs.
