Mehriban Aliyeva meets with Catherine Deneuve, the world-famous French actress

Mehriban Aliyeva, Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, met with Catherine Deneuve at the Museum of Modern Art, 4 May.

Mrs Aliyeva said she was pleased to see the world-famous French actress in Azerbaijan. "You are visiting our country for the first time. And you have already visited a number of must-see places and historical monuments in Baku," said the First Lady. She expressed confidence the French actress` visit would be a success.

The President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation said Azerbaijan has a rich culture, informed of the Foundation`s culture projects.

They exchanged views for developing the cultural relations between Azerbaijan and France.
