First Vice-president Mehriban Aliyeva visits the social service institution in Bilgah for people who have reached the retirement age

On August 26, First Vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva and her daughter Leyla Aliyeva visited the social service institution in Bilgah for people who have reached the retirement age.

Here, Mehriban Aliyeva first inquired about the living conditions of people with impaired health condition, and talked to them.

At the meeting with inhabitants of the institution, the elderly expressed their satisfaction with the care and attention shown by the state towards them, mentioning that there were all necessary conditions for their comfortable living. They noted that there were creative people, related to different types of art among the institution’s inhabitants. Elderly people residing here are examined at various healthcare establishments, and concerts and festivities are arranged for them on a regular basis.

235 people are residing at the social service institution for people who have reached the retirement age at the moment.
