Dear fellow citizens,

Congratulations on the start of Ramadan – the month of fasting and spiritual regeneration, thinking and praying, forgiving and mercy. This holy month is a time for spiritual perfection, noble and benevolent deeds for millions of Muslims around the world.

Centuries-old spiritual values have been approached with respect in Azerbaijan. Moral and ethical grounds of these traditions remain unchanged, as caring for relatives, benevolence and mercy have always been appreciated greatly.

I am sure the month of Ramadan will be a period of unity and solidarity, respect and mutual understanding. May God hear all your prayers on these sacred days, and accept them. I wish you peace, nice days, happiness, and wellbeing.
