Greek media writes about the activities of First Vice-president Mehriban Aliyeva

“VolosPress” publication and “Goodnet” news portal of Greece wrote articles about the activities of Azerbaijan’s First Vice-president Mehriban Aliyeva. 

In the articles, they talk about efficient activities of Mehriban Aliyeva as first vice-president and president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and her contribution to preservation of the world cultural heritage as a goodwill ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, as well as promoting Azerbaijan on an international scale. 

In the articles that were prepared on the basis of an article by AZERTAC entitled “Serving the  homeland and people is Mehriban Aliyeva’s purpose in life”, it is noted that serving the development of contemporary independent Azerbaijan, solution of social issues, loyalty to the ideas of compassion and morality,  coming to the aid of those  in need of support make up the basis of Mehriban Aliyeva’s life philosophy.  It is stated that Mehriban Aliyeva has been making great contribution to the dynamic development of Azerbaijan side-by-side with President Ilham Aliyev. The first vice-president pays special attention to social issues, solution of problems concerning the low-income strata of the population. 

In the articles are talked also about the actions taken against COVID-19 pandemic under the leadership of the first vice-president, as well as commissioning of modular hospitals with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.  Moreover, it is also underscored that Mehriban Aliyeva’s multilateral and benevolent activities were highly appreciated both in Azerbaijan and on a global scale, and that she had been conferred on a number of international awards.
