Mehriban Aliyeva meets ISESCO Director General Abdulaziz Othman al-Twaijri

Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador Mehriban Aliyeva met, September 29, ISESCO Director General Abdulaziz Othman al-Twaijri, who is on a visit to our country to participate in the 5^th Baku International Humanitarian Forum. 

Expressing her delight in seeing the guest again in our country, Mehriban Aliyeva thanked him for his participation in the Forum.  Talking about the successes of the ISESCO-Azerbaijan cooperation, the goodwill ambassador of the organization underscored the significance of joint projects, relations in the sphere of education and culture, and talked about the contributions Azerbaijan has made towards preserving the cultural heritage of various countries. 

Thanking for the invitation to the Forum, ISESCO director general said this event has turned to a platform where issues of world significance are discussed. He said he would be glad to  a joint cooperation in preserving the world’s cultural heritage.
