The foundation of a four-storied residential building for families suffering from the earthquake is laid in Shamakhy

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva laid the foundation of a new residential building to be constructed for families suffering from the earthquake, March 7. According to the information given, the four-storied building, accommodating 44 apartments, to be constructed at 20 January Street, will be provided with all necessary infrastructure. The building will have one four-room apartment, 32 two-room apartments, and 8 three-room apartments.

President Ilham Aliyev let the case onto the foundation, and started up the concrete-pouring machine.
