On September 1, First Lady of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mehriban Aliyeva, and her daughter Arzu Aliyeva joined the First Lady of the People’s Republic of China, Peng Liyuan, and the spouses of heads of state and government attending the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Plus (SCO Plus) meeting for a boat trip on the Haihe River in Tianjin, China.
