Mehriban Aliyeva was decorated with the Order of Saint Princes Olga of the 1^st degree for her contributions to preserving traditional values in the society and developing intercultural and interreligious dialogue.

On May 3, 2025, the prize was presented to Mehriban Aliyeva by Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and all Rus.
