President Ilham Aliyev opens Fuzuli substation

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening of newly built Fuzuli substation, June 14^th.

The head of the state was informed about the works performed on 110/35/10 Kilovolt substation.

The new 110/35/10 Kilovolt substation in Fuzuli city was constructed according to the instruction of President Ilham Aliyev on provision of the territories liberated from occupation with electricity in the earliest possible time. Located near the new airport-under-construction and the Shusha highway, the substation will provide all the infrastructure to be constructed in Fuzuli city and surrounding villages, including the airport, with electricity.

It was informed that the substation, including the new Control Centre, has been provided with equipment meeting the latest requirements. Along with technical capacity, all necessary conditions have been provided at the Control Centre to ensure efficient work of employees.

The head of the state started up the Fuzuli substation.

A new micro-SCADA supervisory control system was built with a view to controlling the substation’s work in a real time mode and transferring data to the SCADA system of Azerenerji OJSC.

Then, President Ilham Aliyev opened the reconstructed 110/35/10 Kilovolt Shukurbeyli substation via the remotely controlled SCADA supervisory control system.
