President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva pay a visit to the Unknown Warrior’s monument in Rome

On a state visit to the Italian Republic, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva visited, February 20, the Unknown Warrior’s monument in the memorial complex “Altare della Patria” in Rome.

Here, a guard of honour was lined up in honour of the Azerbaijani President.

The state anthems of Azerbaijan and Italy were performed.

The head of the guard of honour reported to President Ilham Aliyev.

President Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath before the Unknown Warrior’s monument.
