On November 28, a ceremony of presenting the “Heydar Aliyev” Order to President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko took place.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev addressed the ceremony.

Then, the Head of our State presented the “Heydar Aliyev” Order to President Alexander Lukashenko.

The President of the Republic of Belarus delivered a speech at the ceremony.
