President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva visit the 15th “AITF-2016” Azerbaijan International Tourism and Travels Exhibition

On April 8, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva visited the 15^th “AITF-2016” Azerbaijan International Tourism and Travels Exhibition and the 10^th “HOREX Caucasus-2016” Caucasian International Hotel, Restaurant and Supermarket Equipment and Accessories Exhibition at the EXPO Centre.

One of the leading events in the region in the tourism industry, the “AITF-2016” Exhibition marks its 15^th anniversary, while the “HOREX Caucasus-2016” Exhibition celebrates its 10^th jubilee.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva viewed expositions reflecting the country’s tourism regions.

In the traditional expositions of Gakh, Gabala, Ganja, Ismailli, Lankaran, Mingachevir, Masally, Sumgait and other regions, Azerbaijan’s historical tourism potential is presented, and rich examples of our national culture are demonstrated to visitors. There is also a traditional booth displaying the beauty and tourism capacity of the Garabagh region.

President Ilham Aliyev and Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva made themselves acquainted also with the national pavilions of foreign countries.

Then the Head of the State and the First Lady viewed the busses and minivans to be used in Baku for city tours.

	Rainbow Rainbow is one of the most beautiful events in nature. It consists of such main colours as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, sky-blue and violet.
	Great philanthropist The father of Hajji Zeynalabdin Taghiyev was a shoe-maker. By this profession, he earned a living for his family. By the time Zeynalabdin was 10, he asked his father to find him a job.
	Gobustan Gobustan is located near Baku city. It is over 15 thousand years old. In pictures drawn on Gobustan rocks, the life and thoughts of our ancestors are depicted.
