Visit to Türkiye

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev was on a business trip to Türkiye at the invitation of President of the Turkish Republic Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to attend the 4^th Antalya Diplomatic Forum, April 10.

President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva were welcomed at the Antalya International Airport by Mayor of the city of Antalya Hulusi Shahin, and other officials.

Opening of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum

On April 11, inauguration of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum took place in the Turkish city of Antalya.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the event.

Up to 450 high-level representatives, including over 20 heads of states and governments, 70 ministers, from 140 countries attended the Forum.

A panel sitting entitled “Building the Future in a Divided World: Education’s Force of Transformation”

On April 12, a panel sitting entitled “Building the Future in a Divided World: Education’s Force of Transformation” took place within the framework of the Forum.

First Lady of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva and her daughter Leyla Aliyeva attended the event.

At the event, held with the support of the Enlightenment Foundation of Türkiye, was talked about the works implemented by the entity around the world.
