President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath before the monument erected to twofold Hero of the Soviet Union, tank forces major-general Hazi Aslanov, commemorating respectfully the brave commander who had demonstrated matchless heroism during the World War 2.

Then, the President and the First Lady met with family members and relatives of twofold Hero of the Soviet Union Hazi Aslanov, and congratulated them on the Day of Victory.
