Meeting with the Great Britain Prime Minister’s trade envoy for Azerbaijan

First Vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva met, February 22, a delegation led by Great Britain Prime Minister’s trade envoy for Azerbaijan Baroness Emma Nicolson.

Mehriban Aliyeva, noting that this was her third meeting with Great Britain Prime Minister’s trade envoy for Azerbaijan Baroness Emma Nicolson, emphasized the contribution made by Baroness Emma Nicolson to the advancement of the relations between our country and the Great Britain further.

At the meeting, cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Great Britain in the spheres of healthcare, environment and culture was discussed. Mehriban Aliyeva talked about the reforms carried out in the country, the state programme implemented in Azerbaijan on environment, expressing readiness to support initiatives related to improving the healthcare further.
