Mehriban Aliyeva conveys her condolences to the president and people of France

Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, chairperson of the Azerbaijan-France friendship group of the 4^th Convocation National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva sent a letter of condolences to President of the Republic of France Francois Hollande and the people of France in connection with the death of numerous people as a result of terrorist acts committed in Paris, November 13.

The letter states: “I was greatly shocked by the death of numerous people as a result of terrorist acts in Paris. Terrorism, targeting democratic values, rights and freedoms of citizens, especially innocent people, is a crime against humanity. I would like to convey my condolences to You, the families and relatives of those perished, as well as the people of France. I wish speedy recovery to all those who were wounded and injured”.
