President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva attended the Ceremony of Commemoration of the Khojaly tragedy victims

President Ilham Aliyev and Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva attended the Ceremony of Commemoration in connection with the 21st anniversary of the Khojaly Genocide, February 26.

President Ilham Aliyev put a wreath before the monument and expressed his respect to the victims of the tragedy.

Mehriban Aliyeva put bunches of flowers before the monument.

State and government officials, members of the Milli Majlis, ministers, heads of committees and companies, heads of religious confessions, as well as residents of Khojaly that could escape the killings attended the Ceremony.
