President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attend a ceremony dedicated to the sports results of 2015

On December 23, the sports results of 2015 were summed up and a ceremony of presenting awards to sportsmen and sports professionals took place at the National Olympic Committee.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President of the National Olympic Committee Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the ceremony.

The participants of the ceremony warmly greeted President Ilham Aliyev and Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva.

The Head of the State addressed the event.

Then sportsmen and sports professionals who have reached high achievements in 2015 were presented awards. 

President Ilham Aliyev presented orders for new apartments to a group of sportsmen and sports professionals who have reached high achievements in 2015.

Then member of the National Olympic Committee's Executive Committee, founder and head of the Miniature Books Museum, Honoured Person of Art Zarifa Salahova presented souvenirs to Azerbaijan's First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva and President Ilham Aliyev, and wished successes to the Head of the State in his activity.
