President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva watch the match between the Azerbaijani and Italian woman national volleyball teams

On June 17, next match of woman volleyball competitions took place at Baku-2015 1^st European Games.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady, Chairperson of the 1^st European Games Organizing Committee Mehriban Aliyeva watched the match between the Azerbaijani and Italian woman national volleyball teams.

Competing in the A-group, the Azerbaijani national team won the 1^st set of the match with the Italian national team with the score 25:22. In the second set, our volleyball players defeated their rivals with the score 25:20, having lost the third set to the Italian national team with the score 22:25. The match finished with the victory of our national team in the fourth set, with the score 25:22.
