President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the inauguration of the new building of Secondary School №.23 in Baku, August 26.

The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolising the inauguration of the school.

President Ilham Aliyev and Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva acquainted themselves with the conditions created in the school.

A literary and artistic composition was demonstrated by the school’s pupils.

Then pupils of the school extended their congratulations to First Lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva on the occasion of her birthday.
