A new residential complex is being constructed for dwellers of buildings being in an emergency state in Pirallahy

On August 7, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, arriving at the complex being constructed for dwellers of buildings being in an emergency state in Pirallahy district, became familiarized with the conditions created in apartments.

A new residential complex is being constructed with a view to improving household conditions of 1510 families with 5181 people residing in 369 buildings being in an emergency state, recorded by the relevant commission on the district’s territory, in accordance with the Resolution “On additional measures associated with continuing construction and improvement works in Pirallahy district of Baku city”, signed by President Ilham Aliyev in 2017. Located on a 6.5-hectare territory allocated in the district centre, the complex will consist of 28 apartment buildings, with 807 apartments. At the moment, construction of three buildings with 114 apartments has been completed. Construction works on other buildings included in the complex continue. 200 people have been provided with jobs in the construction works. The complex includes also a school building for 340 pupils, a kindergarten for 120 children, three sports grounds, and a lane for cycling. Large-scale improvement works have been provided on the territory, and greenery laid out.
